A listing of the vitamins we use personally
Recommended for Everyone:
Vitamin C Powder
5-15g divided throughout the day as per Dr. Cathcart’s titrating to Bowel tolerance Vitamin C dosage protocol. Reduce dosage if gurgling occurs in the gut or soft stools, increase if not feeling optimal. Half life in the body is only 30 minutes, so any one dose is mostly gone or used within 2 hours. US orders
- Made in the UK with no foreign ingredients nor raw materials.
- 100% pure L-ascorbic acid, no other ingredients or fillers.
- Highest purity possible, smallest particle size – The highest-grade Vitamin C in the world
- DSM’s ultra-fine Quali-C gives improved drink mix-ability and faster, more efficient dissolution.
- Vegan, Non GMO and hypo-allergenic.
Vitamin D3
Unlike water soluble vitamins, the fat soluble vitamin D3 can be stored by your body. That will keep your antioxidant protection high during the night without the energy boost that might stop you from falling asleep like vitamin C can. This is why we advise you only take your vitamin C during the day.
Niacin
(Warning: Do not use Niacin before reading about it’s flush effect! Niacin in particular should be used under the supervision of your primary healthcare provider.)
Any brand of niacin will do as long as you make sure it’s Nicotinic Acid. The others are toxic for your liver. Write the manufacturer and ask if in doubt. We’ve confirmed this one is nicotinic acid: Niacin (US), Also available in France: FR
Recommended In Case of Exposure to Mold, Allergens or generally suffering from congestion:
